Zina A.
Private tutor in Richmond, Canada
Education
I earned my Bachelor of Science with a major in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and also earned a certificate in Genomics. I went on to earn my Master of Science in Biology, with a specific focus on Genetics and Neurodevelopment.
Experience
I currently teach first-year Biology labs at Capilano University. I have previously taught Developmental Biology, which is a third-year university course, for about two years at SFU. Teaching and tutoring students in biology-related subjects are my passion. My goal is to help students excel in their courses. Some of the specific courses I can tutor students in include Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Neurobiology, Neuroscience, and Developmental Biology. I can also tutor students in middle school science classes. If you are a high school student who is taking AP Biology, I can help you understand the concepts taught throughout the course, and at the end of the year, I can help you prepare for the exam.
